Welcome!

Hello, hello everyone!  Welcome to my blog! I want to quick introduce myself. My name is Sara.  I am a wife, mother of four, glorified soccer mom, and aspiring author.  If my life isn’t an adventure enough, I am also a “learn-as-I-go” crafter.

I’m curious about so many different things; how they work, how they’re made, or most importantly, “Can I do that?”  I have to admit, Pinterest has fired up this curiosity in me. 

I’ve seen so many interesting things, and after a bit of time, I started to say,

You see, I’m the type of person that will burn myself with the hot glue gun, or sew my sleeve to the project I’m working on, or ruining the most simplest of dinners.  That’s why I started this blog!  I’ve read so many blogs and watched videos from highly skilled crafters, the veterans as I put it, and I’m always second guessing if I have the skills to pull off their project.  So, this is me saying, “If I can do it, you can too!”

Join me here as I jump start into the world of DIY, whether it be crafting, cooking, woodworking, and more.  Here, I will pick a blog or a video of a certain DIY, and try to mimic their lesson, and maybe pull off a few tricks of my own.  Together, we will learn, succeed, and sometimes fail.  I’ll share with you, and feel free to share your ideas with me.  You better be prepared though, working with me will never be boring as I am always getting into one predicament or another.
